This is my Mom - She's 50 Today

My husband aside, my mom will always be the love of my life. I wouldn't be where I am today without her. She raised me and my sisters single-handedly growing up. Because my dad wasn't in my life, my mom carried on as if she was my Mom and Dad. She taught me to be strong, brave, and to work hard for my dreams. She also showed me what it means to be kind, compassionate, and generous. She's lived 50 beautiful, daring, and at times hard years, and I'm so blessed to call her mom. Today is her birthday, and this photoshoot and blog post is to celebrate her life and what she means to me.To all the moms out there who are reading this, remember this: when you are good to your children, we don't forget. We will carry your love in our hearts always.
