Senior boys can be pretty shy about getting their photos taken, but almost all of them tell me afterwards, something along the lines of, “wow that was actually pretty fun. It’s not as difficult as I thought it would be.”When it comes to photographing senior guys, we try to bring in their hobbies as much as possible. It shifts the focus away from the camera to a hobby they enjoy.For Declan, his love of basketball was central to his shoot. I did some location scouting prior to his photos and found an open court where we could shoot. Then it was over to a place near Discovery Green for the rest of the photoshoot.
